“Imabari Towel Digital Art Gallery” project is launched

The Imabari Towel Industrial Association launches “Imabari Towel Digital Art Gallery” project, which combines digital and real.
It delivers new contents using digital technology and generative AI, is slated for late April 2024. 13 manufacture companies have joined in this project and exhibited their towel products.
It will also convey the appeal of Imabari towels and the spirits of manufacturing on a global scale.
 

 

◆Overview

Digital artists active in Japan and abroad will participate in the creation of works, including overseas artists involved in the digital development of world-famous brands.
Once the digital art gallery is unveiled, plans will unfold not only digitally but in the real world, such as exhibiting art works at the Imabari Towel Official Store and producing collaborative products with digital artists.
